Should a customer choose to pay in credit, there will be no discount applied. We also offer surcharge services. This service applies a surcharge fee (maximum 4%) on all credit card sales of goods/services which is shown as an additional separate line item to the cost of the item/service.

Since the inception (1950s) of Dinners Club, Visa, Master Card, Discover and Amex, merchants have been paying all the fees associated with accepting Credit Cards at their businesses.
In 2012, Visa and MasterCard had a class action lawsuit settlement of $7.25B, part of the settlement was the ability for business owners to establish a minimum Credit Card purchase of $10.00 and pass the fees on to the customer. BUT, the merchant is not allowed to charge the fees themselves, they must use a third party processor to do so. That's where we come in. As for the legality of this, the Supreme Court passed a law allowing small business owners to pass the fees in all 50 States.
Our proprietary software calculates the fees and passes them to the consumer at the time of purchase should they choose to pay with a Credit Card. For all purchases with a Credit Card, the customer pays 4% The customer gets a discount for paying by Cash. At the end of the month, the business owner pays Nothing.
Example 1 - customer buys a $10.00 item at a retail store, the customer pays with a Credit Card, the costumer's total comes to $10.40 the Merchant gets $10.00 to their bank account next day, we collect $.40 and the merchant pays nothing for this transaction.
Example 2 - customer buys a $10.00 item at a retail store, the costumer pays with cash, end of example.
This program is suited for Pizzerias, Coffee Shops, Sandwich Bars, Bagel Stores and any other fast food establishments. This is also suited for retail establishments such as $.99 Stores, Deli / Grocery Stores, Gas Station Food Marts ETC..
